   Grains, Commodities Mixed as Infections Increase

   November soybeans finished with a 6-cent gain, but corn prices finished
lower, pressured by rain in the forecast. September crude oil is trading more
than $2 lower with concerns about rising cases of the coronavirus delta variant
threatening to slow economic activity.

   GENERAL COMMENTS:

   September corn closed down 4 3/4 cents and December corn was down 5 cents.
September soybeans closed up 8 1/4 cents and November soybeans were up 6 cents.
September KC wheat closed down 13 1/4 cents, September Chicago wheat was down 7
1/4 cents and September Minneapolis wheat was down 16 3/4 cents. The September
U.S. Dollar Index is trading up 0.15 at 92.24. The Dow Jones Industrial Average
is down 265.14 points at 34,851.26. August gold is up $0.60 at $1,814.70,
September silver is down $0.09 at $25.50 and September copper is down $0.0470.
September crude oil is down $2.11 at $68.45, September heating oil is down
$0.0461, September RBOB gasoline is down $0.0149 and September natural gas is
up $0.138.
